She is a daughter of father Sikander Ali Gesawat and mother Gulshan, and she has two brothers Khalid Sikander and Rizwan Sikander and sister Salma Sikander. Shama completed her education from Roshan Taneja School of Acting, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She was an affair to Alexx O’Nell and she was engaged with James Milliron.
